I have just benchmarked X again and he now has a reading age of 14 years and has reached as high as you can go. This is an improvement of 5 years from his initial reading age of 9!
I think X can stop ReadingWise decoding now and would benefit from Reading Comprehension exercises to develop his reading for meaning.
(And below, received in December 2015...)
Hi there
I’ve just done 5 benchmark assessments for children on ReadingWise that have come to the end of their first lesson plan
D Y6 9 months progress on TOWRE
T Y6 9 months progress
A Y6 1:9 progress!
A Y6 2:6 progress!
Z Y5 3:3 progress!
All that progress in 6 weeks – very impressive!
Kind regards
