It's a nightmare when technology fails a teacher, which is why we use processes similar to the big guys - the Apples and Microsofts of the world - to build the ReadingWise English system. But as we all know, sometimes things go wrong - for all kinds of reasons. If you ever come across an issue with the ReadingWise English programme, or want to offer us some feedback (which we love!), you can use the feedback feature.

Click on 'feedback' (and enter the day of the week if asked for a password)
The boxes that you see in the picture above will appear - use them to annotate the page, or write a message to us
Click 'send'

We will receive your feedback, including a screen grab, along with useful technical information like you broswer and operating system details. This streamlines the process and minimises the need to get in touch with your technical support team and other staff.
